Is there a way to invest with any degree of “passiveness” in social media channels like Facebook groups, Instagram accounts, or YouTube channels?
Technically, yes. There are opportunities to either buy a channel and sit on it for passive income until it runs dry, or hire people to manage and grow it for you. Though it’s probably best suited if it’s aligned with your Investor DNA or as a new channel in alignment with your business.
There are a few opportunities available here for the social-media-savvy investor. But since there’s platform risk, the cash-on-cash returns can be attractive if you know what you’re doing.
